Arthur W. Harvey III, MS, CPHIMS has 30 years of experience in the healthcare informatics field with a particular focus on building high performing HIT teams at provider organizations. He currently serves as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Boston Medical Center and as Program Chair for the Health and Medical Informatics Graduate Program at Brandeis University. Arthur holds a BA from Boston College in Economics and Computer Science as well as an MS in Information Technology Management from Brandeis University. He is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information Management Systems and serves as chair of the HIMSS Professional Development Committee.

Manu Tandon | Chief Information Officer @ Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center
Manu Tandon servers as the Chief Information Officer for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a Harvard Medical School affiliated Academic Medical Center. In his current role he is responsible for all IT matters pertaining to the Academic Medical Center. Before joining BIDMC in 2014, Manu served as the Secretariat CIO for Massachusetts Executive Office of Heath and Human Services where he led the state’s largest IT public portfolio. Manu played a key role in the development of the Massachusetts’ state run Health Information Exchange known as Mass HIWay which now supports over 5 Million healthcare transactions each month. Manu was recognized by Computer World magazine as one of the top 100 CIOs in the world for 2014. Manu has a B.Tech degree from IT-BHU, an MBA from Boston University and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.

Mimi Liu | Executive Director of Engineering @ athenahealth
Mimi Liu is an Executive Director of Engineering and Software Architect at athenahealth and a graduate of MIT. Mimi’s work at athenahealth has spanned several projects but has focused on delivering software solutions to improve healthcare in the US. Mimi is passionate about helping other engineers to develop in their careers and especially supporting and connecting with other women in the industry. She lead the charge to develop women in tech lunches at athena and athena’s sponsorship of the Anita Borg Institute and Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing. Outside of athena, she serves as a board member for the Bronx Academy of Software Engineering to further technology education for students.

Olga Elizarova | Senior Behavior Change Analyst @ Mad*Pow
Olga is a dentist, healthcare designer, senior behavior change analyst and entrepreneur. After obtaining public health degree at Brown University, she joined Mad*Pow, the human-centered design consultancy to work in the digital health space as a Senior Behavior Change Analyst. Some of the clients include CDC, Cigna, GE healthcare, Aetna, Cleveland Clinic, Joslin Diabetes Center, CVS, Dartmouth-Hitchcock etc. In her work, she applies the fusion of her clinical expertise, public health knowledge, insights from analyzing data and design thinking to the projects that she is working on. In 2017, Olga has been named on Medtech Boston 40 under 40 Healthcare Innovators list. Together with her friends she devotes a significant amount of her free time to volunteer projects. The goals of these projects are to bring design to the places that need it most, and to create a community of young people who want to volunteer their time and skills to help organizations and communities reduce their inequalities, and grow the sense of hope and creativity.

Ram Sahasranam | Director of Business Development @ athenahealth
Ram Sahasranam serves as Director of business development at athenahealth, overseeing the mobility strategy for the company.
He was the co-founder and President of Praxify Technologies which was acquired by athenahealth in June 2017. He led the company from inception in curating healthcare’s first virtual medical assistant. Prior to founding Praxify, Ram was involved in bringing the TED conference to India in 2009 and continues to serve as a senior ambassador to TEDx in the region. He is also a co-founder of INKTalks in association with TED, which is seen as the melting pot of innovation in Asia. INK hosted President Obama for an expo on democracy and open government during his 2010 visit to India. This led to the US-India partnership on Open Government. He is also on the board of Prime Gases and Prime Technologies and Innovations pte Ltd.
He is very passionate about Racing and was a co-founder of Ashwa Racing in his college days, which won 3 awards in its debut race in Australia. He also won the Young Achiever’s Award for Ashwa Racing’s success.
He is a renowned speaker featured in prominent conferences like TEDMED, Health 2.0, WHEF, India Innovation Summit, CII, TIECon etc.

Tim Driscoll | Director, Technology Operations @ Boston Children’s Hospital’s Innovation & Digital Health Accelerator
Tim works on technology strategy and operations at Boston Children’s Hospital’s Innovation & Digital Health Accelerator. He is responsible for growing the accelerator portfolio company innovations. He also works on delivering technology solutions that leverage patient health data, and consumer-facing solutions like the hospital’s KidsMD platform. Tim orchestrates all aspects of solution definition, architecture, and implementation of web/mobile, Augmented Reality, IoT, AI, and enabling technologies.
Tim studied Ethnomusicology & Music Composition at Berklee College of Music and the University of Massachusetts, and has been an adjunct lecturer on digital strategy, marketing, and software solutions at the Sawyer School of Business at Suffolk University.
Tim has held the positions of SVP/Head of Technology for 360i, one of the nation’s top digital agencies, and VP of Engineering at Blue State Digital overseeing its product division. Tim has assisted global brands, entrepreneurs, and startups to create digital strategies and platforms for more than 20 years using agile definition sprints that fast-track innovation, test concepts and solutions, and expedite the product cycle.
